The terms used herein have the following meaning:
1. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit not being a legal person, the special provisions confer legal capacity, which makes orders in the Shop;
2. The consumer - in accordance with Article. 22 [1] of the Civil Code means the natural person making the entrepreneur legal action not directly related to its business or professional activity;
3. Seller - PHU Wikoria ul. Civic 84, 93-562 Lodz. Details of the company: NIP: 7292597680, REGON: 100182222nd Company information: e-mail: sklep@wikoria.pl, tel. +48 42 683 21 23;
4. Civil Code - the Act of 23 April 1964. (Dz. U. No. 16, pos. 93, as amended.);
5. Regulations - these Regulations provide electronic services within the online store wikoria.pl;
6. Online Shop (Shop) - Internet service available at wikoria.pl, through which the customer may in particular consist of orders;
7. Goods - products presented in the Online Shop;
8. The sales contract - a contract sale of goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between PHU Wikoria, and the customer, which is entered using the Internet service Store;
9. The Law on Consumer Rights - Law of 30 May 2014. On consumer rights (Dz. U. 2014 pos. 827);
10. Act on electronic services - the Act of 18 July 2002. On electronic services (Dz. U. No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.);
11. Order - the Customer's aimed directly to the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of the Goods.

II. General provisions
2.1. These Regulations defines the rules for the use of the online store available at wikoria.pl.
2.2. These Regulations are the rules referred to in Article. 8 of the Act on electronic services.
2.3. Online store operating at: wikoria.pl is run by PHU Wikoria ul. Civic 84, 93-562 Lodz. Details of the company: NIP: 7292597680, REGON: 100182222nd Company information: e-mail: sklep@wikoria.pl, tel. +48 42 683 21 26.
2.4. The Regulations define in particular: a) rules for the registration and use of the account within the online store;
b) the terms and conditions for electronic booking available in the online store;
c) the terms and conditions of the electronic procurement in the online store;
d) the rules of contract of sale with the use of the services provided within the online store.
2.5. Using the online shop is possible provided that the ICT system used by the customer following technical requirements: a) Internet browser: Mozilla Firefox version 3.0 and higher or Internet Explorer version 6.0 and higher, Opera version 9.0 or higher, Google Chrome version 10.0.6 or higher; b) it is recommended to include in your Web browser support cookies and javascript.
2.6. In order to use the online store customer should themselves have access a computer or terminal device with Internet access.
2.7. In accordance with applicable law, Seller reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to people who have completed 18 years of age. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
2.8. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time via a link found on the main site wikoria.pl and download it and make it print.
III. Rules for the use of the Internet Store
3.1. Register Store is voluntary.
3.2. Register by completing and accepting the registration form available on one side of the Store.
3.3. The condition of registration, you agree to the content of the Regulations and provide personal information marked as mandatory.

3.7. The customer is obliged in particular to:
a) not and may not content prohibited by law, for example. Content violent, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties;
b) use the Online Store without disturbing its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or equipment;
c) refrain from actions such as sending or posting within the Online Store unsolicited commercial (spam);
d) use the Online Store without major inconvenience to other customers and the Seller;
e) the use of any content contained in the Online Shop only for personal use;
f) use the Online Store in accordance with the rules in force in the Republic of Polish law, the provisions of the Rules, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.
IV. The procedure for conclusion of the Sales Agreement
4.1. Information about the Goods quoted on the website store, and in particular their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and price, are an invitation to contract, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
4.2. In order to conclude the Agreement sales through Online Store, go to the website wikoria.pl, choose Goods, taking technical steps based on the client displays messages and information available on the site.

4.6. In order to send orders, it is necessary to make the acceptance of the Regulations, to provide personal information marked as mandatory and pressing the "Order of the obligation to pay."
4.7. Sending the Customer Order is a declaration of intention to conclude with the Seller Sale Agreement, in accordance with the Regulations.
4.8. After placing orders, the customer receives an e-mail containing a final confirmation of all the essential elements of contracts.
4.9. Agreement shall be treated as concluded from the moment of receipt of the e-mail referred to above.
5.0. The sales agreement is in Polish, for complying with the Regulations.
5.1. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time via a link found on the main site wikoria.pl and download it and make it print.
5.2. Consolidation, protection and sharing of data and orders of the General Conditions shall take place via e-mail.
5.1. Delivery of goods is limited to the area of the Polish Republic and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing orders.
5.2. Delivery of ordered goods is done by courier, parcel post or delivered to parcel machines. Delivery costs the pricing on this page. Shipping fees will also be indicated at the time of the Order.
5.3. The term of delivery is counted from the date of dispatch by the Customer Orders and is listed on the pages of Goods and at the time of the Order.
VI. Prices and payment methods
6.1. Commodity prices are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT (with distinction from the rate) and any other components.
6.2. The customer can pay the price:

c) payment by credit card Visa, MasterCard. Credit card is charged at the time of the Order;
d) payment on delivery courier.
VII. The right of withdrawal
7.1. Only the customer who is also a consumer is entitled to a 30-day deadline for withdrawal. The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 30 days from the date on which you acquire possession of things or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into the possession of things.

To keep the deadline for withdrawal, it is enough to send you information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal.

promptly and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the deadline of 30 days.
They will have to bear the direct cost of returning items.
7.4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive normal delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement of payments will be done using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not incur any fees in connection with the return.
7.5. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of things, or to have supplied evidence of her return, depending on which event occurs first.
VIII. Complaints about the Goods
8.1. Seller is liable to the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular Article. 556 and Art. 556 [1] - 556 [3] and following of the Civil Code.
8.2. Claims arising from infringement of rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations, should be addressed through a system of internal RMA to the customer's account in the Online Shop or by e-mail to the following address: sklep@wikoria.pl or in writing to the following address: PHU Wikoria "Complaints Department" ul. Civic 84 93-562 Lodz. You can use the model form complaint, but it is not mandatory. Seller agrees to consider each claim within 14 days. The complaint was not resolved within the specified period means recognizing it as justified.
8.3. Seller is not always is a manufacturer of goods. The manufacturer is liable under the guarantee of the Goods sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty card. If the guarantee document provides for such a possibility, you may submit your claim under warranty directly authorized service center or at the manufacturer, whose address is in the warranty card.
X. Complaints in the provision of electronic services
9.1. Seller takes action to ensure fully correct operation of the shop, to the extent it results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.
9.2. The customer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the service Shop.

9.4. In the complaint, customer should provide your name, mailing address, nature and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
9.5. Seller agrees to consider each claim within 14 days. The complaint was not resolved within the specified period means recognizing it as justified.
9.6. X. Settlement of Disputes and final provisions
10.1. A customer who is a consumer may, in the event of interest to use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. Disputes concerning online purchases can be resolved through mediation proceedings before the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection or process before the arbitration court at the Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection. 10.2. In the absence of interest from the consumer the possibility to benefit from non-judicial methods of resolving disputes, settlement of any disputes arising between the Seller and the Consumer will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
10.3. Settlement of any disputes arising between the Seller and the Client, who is also a consumer, will be subjected to the competent court for the seat of the Seller.
10.4. In matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
